GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist our Operations Team in all aspects of completing individual work orders on a daily basis
Work with Managers and Crew Leaders to learn about customer needs, the task list, project timing, and materials, and tools required.
Drivers assist in transportation for Crew Workers to each job site as necessary.
Ensure trucks and equipment are maintained and trucks and sites are clean and organized.
Crew members are responsible for job site safety and proper use of tools, and ensuring work completed meets high quality standards.
Goals include customer satisfaction, energy reduction and meeting financial performance for each job.
